**Clinical Concierge- NCT with MA/LVN - Fort Worth**

**Locations currently hiring** : 173 E. Bonds Ranch Road, Fort Worth, TX 76131(This position will require floating)

**Works hours:** Full-Time, 3-12-hour shifts a week, 7:45 AM - 8:15 PM

**What you’ll do:**

· Be our “clinical concierge” providing outstanding customer service as you guide our patients and visitors through their entire experience in the Urgent Care Clinic

· Be a vital member of the care team assisting with clinical functions including front and back-office duties and working closely with the provider and other clinical team members

· This position will float across multiple Texas Health Urgent Care locations.

**What you’ll need:**

+ H.S. Diploma or Equivalent **Required** And

+ Other Completion of approved NCT training program **Required** And

+ Other Successful completion of a Medical Assistant education program Certified or Registered Medical Assistant in lieu of the completion of a Medical Assistant education program **Required** Or

+ Other Successful completion of a vocational nurse program **Required** .

+ 6 Months Previous health care facility clinical experience as a LVN, MA, CNA, or other patient care **Required** and

+ 6 Months Previous x-ray experience or completion of an internal THR NCT training program in lieu of experience Req and

+ 6 Months Previous experience as licensed NCT Preferred and

+ Previous experience with electronic health record, straight-arm x-ray and orthopedic experience Preferred

+ NCT (Non-Certified Radiology Technician) Registered by the Texas Medical Board Upon Hire **Required** And

+ LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse State of Texas, if LVN Upon Hire Req Or

+ Other Certified or Registered Medical Assistant in lieu of the completion of a Medical Assistant education program if hired after 04/11/2022 Upon Hire **Required** And

+ BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support BLS maintained every 2 years and required prior to providing independent patient care **Required** .
