**Clinical Concierge- NCT with MA/LVN - Celina**

**Location:** 1341 South Preston Rd. Suite 100, Celina, Texas 75009 (This position requires floating)

**Works hours:** Full-Time, 3-12-hour shifts a week, 7:45 AM - 8:15 PM

**What you’ll do:**

1. Be our “clinical concierge” providing outstanding customer service as you guide our patients and visitors through their entire experience in the Urgent Care Clinic.
2. Be a vital member of the care team assisting with clinical functions including front and back-office duties and working closely with the provider and other clinical team members.
3. This position will float across multiple Texas Health Urgent Care locations.

**What you’ll need:**

1. H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required
2. Completion of approved NCT training program Required
3. Successful completion of a Medical Assistant education program, or Certified/Registered Medical Assistant in lieu of the education program Required
4. Successful completion of a vocational nurse program Required
5. 6 Months previous healthcare facility clinical experience as a LVN, MA, CNA, or other patient care Required
6. 6 Months previous x-ray experience or completion of an internal THR NCT training program in lieu of experience Required
7. 6 Months previous experience as licensed NCT Preferred
8. Experience with electronic health records Preferred
9. Experience with straight-arm x-ray Preferred
10. Orthopedic experience Preferred
11. NCT (Non-Certified Radiology Technician) registered by the Texas Medical Board upon hire Required
12. LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse, Texas Required
13. Other Certified or Registered Medical Assistant in lieu of the education program if hired after 04/11/2022 Required
14. BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support, maintained every 2 years and required prior to providing independent patient care Required
