Clinical Concierge- NCT with MA/LVN – Argyle

Work hours: Full-Time, 3-12-hour shifts a week, 7:45 AM – 8:15 PM

What you’ll do:

1. Provide outstanding customer service as our “clinical concierge,” guiding patients and visitors through their experience in the Urgent Care Clinic.
2. Assist with clinical functions including front and back-office duties, working closely with providers and clinical team members.
3. This position will float across multiple Texas Health Urgent Care locations.
