Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care, a MultiCare Company, seeks a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant (Occupational Medicine) in Redmond, WA. This per diem, day-shift role supports physicians and clinic operations with patient-centered care and seamless coordination of services.

You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, promoting ethical care and exceptional patient experiences while advancing your MA-C credentials and in-house professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) required or interim acceptable for up to one year.
• Current CMA certification by AAMA, NHA or NCCT.
• BLS certification or in-house training program depending on assignment.
• Minimum one year experience in physician's office or medical facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes.
• Perform a variety of clinic functions requiring specialized knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting autonomy, dignity, and health of diverse patients.
• Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients.
