Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant for our Southeast Region clinics. The role focuses on clinical tasks and coordinating patient care within the MA-C scope, working closely with physicians and staff to optimize health outcomes and patient experiences.

You will support the unit through excellent patient service and clinic management assistance, with a 0.9 FTE, day shifts from 8am to 8pm across three 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Washington State MA-C certification or interim certification acceptable for up to one year from issue date or until MA-C is issued.
• Current BLS Certification required or obtained through in-house training.
• Minimum one year experience in physician's office or medical facility preferred.
• Exceptions may be made for externship or residency candidates with active WA DOH MA-R certification within 7 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes.
• Perform a variety of clinic tasks requiring specialized knowledge and integration of available resources.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care improving autonomy, dignity, and health of diverse patients.
• Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients.
