Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to join our team. 0.9 FTE, Day shift (8am-8pm, 3 x 12-hour shifts), with a base hourly rate plus premium incentives. You will support clinical tasks and coordinate patient care in a busy urgent care setting.

Required MA-C credentials, WA certifications, and BLS; prior clinic experience preferred. Indigo offers strong benefits, tuition assistance, and a generous incentive program.

Qualifications

• Washington MA-C license required; interim certification acceptable for up to one year from issue date or until MA-C is issued.
• Current BLS Certification or may be obtained through an in-house training program.
• Minimum one year experience in physician's office or medical facility preferred.
• WA DOH MA-R certification within 7 days of hire or endorsed by Indigo within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front desk, and clinic management to ensure outcomes.
• Perform clinical tasks and coordinate patient care within MA-C license scope.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care and respect diverse backgrounds.
• Create a safe, supportive environment for patients.
