Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to support our North Region Urgent Care Clinics in Washington and Idaho. This float role offers a 0.9 FTE schedule with 3 x 12-hour day shifts (8am–8pm) and a base hourly rate plus several premiums and incentives.

Responsibilities include patient care coordination, collaboration with clinicians and front office, and delivering excellent patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Washington State MA-C license required (or interim acceptable for up to 1 year).
• WA DOH MA-R certification endorsement required within 7 days of hire.
• Current BLS certification or in-house training program availability.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a physician's office or medical facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office and management to ensure outcomes.
• Perform clinic tasks requiring clinical knowledge and data integration.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
• Create and provide a safe, supportive environment for patients.
