Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care, a MultiCare company, is hiring a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant for its North Region clinics. The role involves supporting clinicians, coordinating patient care, and delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

Eligible candidates will hold MA-C or WA MA-R with Indigo endorsement, CMA certification, and BLS. This is a float 0.9 FTE with day shifts and 12-hour rotations in Redmond, Bellevue, and nearby cities including Lake Stevens.

Qualifications

• WA MA-C license or MA-R with Indigo endorsement within 30 days of hire.
• CMA certification recognized for Idaho requirements.
• Current BLS certification or through in-house program.
• Minimum one year experience in physician's office or medical facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and clinic staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Perform clinical tasks within MA-C license scope and coordinate patient care.
• Provide excellent patient customer service and clinic management support.

MA-C Certification (WA)
