Indigo Urgent Care, a MultiCare Company, is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant for the Inland Northwest region (Spokane Valley, Spokane North and Airway Heights). This FLOAT, per diem position supports patients and coordinates care within the MA-C license scope, collaborating closely with physicians and clinic staff.

The role emphasizes excellent patient service, clinic management assistance, and a flexible schedule in a modern, technology-enabled clinic environment.

Formación

• Washington MA-C license and WA MA-R endorsement within 30 days.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum one year experience in a physician's office or medical facility.
• Idaho CMA certification (AAMA/NHA/NCCT) as applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes
• Perform a variety of functions within the clinic setting requiring specialized knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds
• Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients
