Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care, part of the MultiCare family, is hiring a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant for the North Region (Redmond area). This 0.9 FTE role features day shifts from 8am to 8pm (3x12s) across Redmond, Bellevue, Issaquah and surrounding clinics with Indigo premium pay and incentives.

Qualifications

• Washington State MA-C certification required.
• WA state MA-R license with Indigo endorsement within 30 days of hire.
• CMA certification by AAMA, NHA or NCCT.
• Current BLS certification or in-house training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive care outcomes.
• Perform functions within clinic requiring specialized knowledge and data integration.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care and patient autonomy.
• Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients.
