Indigo Urgent Care, a MultiCare Company, is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant for our North Region urgent care clinics. This float role supports Redmond, Bellevue, Issaquah, and surrounding locations with a 0.9 FTE, 3 x 12-hour day shifts from 8am to 8pm.

The position offers a base hourly rate with earnings enhancements for X-Ray certification, weekends, and incentives, plus robust benefits and tuition assistance.

Formación

• Washington State MA-C certification required.
• WA Interim Certification acceptable for up to one year from issue date or until MA-C is issued.
• Current BLS Certification or may be obtained through an in-house training program.
• Minimum one year experience in a physician's office or medical facility preferred.
• WA DOH MA-R certification endorsement within 7 days of hire may be required in some cases.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes.
• Perform a variety of clinic tasks within the MA-C license scope with appropriate data and standards integration.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients.
