Savista, a healthcare revenue cycle partner, seeks a Pro Fee Coder to review clinical documentation and assign ICD-10 and CPT/HCPCS codes for hospital, clinic, and physician pro fee billing. You will validate APC calculations, ensure data accuracy, and maintain HIPAA confidentiality while collaborating with client staff and Savista teams.

Requires RHIA/RHIT/CCS/CCA or CPC credentials and 2 years of hands-on coding experience.

Qualifikationen

• Active AHIMA or AAPC credential required.
• Two years of hands-on coding experience.
• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS, anatomy, physiology and pharmacology.
• Ability to code accurately at a high quality standard.
• Proficient in MS Office and data entry.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Select and sequence ICD-10 and CPT/HCPCS codes for designated patient types.
• Review facility records to ensure accurate APC assignments and E/M codes.
• Abstract clinical data to support diagnoses, procedures and disposition.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and collaborate with client staff and Savista teams.
• Stay current with ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS guidelines and regulatory requirements.
