Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Two (2) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
• Registered Nurse by California Board of Registered Nursing
• Basic Life Support by American Heart Association (AHA) or RQI Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing clinical and administrative operations for a designated unit or service.
• Provide mentoring and leadership support to unit staff and serve as liaison to the Patient Care Manager.
• Coordinate and direct unit patient care operations during assigned shifts.
• Facilitate staff orientation, training, and ongoing development; participate in performance evaluations.
• Monitor patient care processes and outcomes to ensure quality, safety, and efficient workflow.
