Job summary

Revo Health is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator to support patients and providers across multiple clinics in Minnesota. Responsibilities include preparing exam rooms, recording medical histories, and ensuring smooth clinical flow in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires CMA/AT-C/CNA certification or equivalent experience, strong medical terminology knowledge, and experience with EMR/EHR systems. Candidates should be comfortable coordinating appointments and communicating with patients

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Athletic Trainer (AT-C), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA); or equivalent experience preferred.
• Understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of diagnostic procedures, pharmacology, and treatment assessments preferred.
• Administrative or medical office experience preferred.
• Transcription experience required, where applicable.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, stock, and clean exam room.
• Room patients, obtain medical history and prepare for exam.
• Maintain an efficient, organized clinical flow.
• Assist with documentation of patient data into the EMR/EHR system.
• Assist with injections and minor procedures under provider direction.
• Coordinate scheduling of patient appointments, surgeries, and tests.
• Obtain referrals and authorizations per insurance guidelines.
• Provide patient education materials and liaison between providers and patients.
• Manage medical supply inventory and ordering.
