Revo Health is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator to support patients and providers with a range of patient care and administrative duties. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, with several locations in the Twin Cities area and surrounding Wyoming/Stillwater settings.

You will prepare exam rooms, collect histories, maintain workflows, and assist with documentation in the EMR under provider direction. A CMA/CNA or equivalent is preferred, along with strong customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Athletic Trainer or CNA preferred.
• Understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology preferred.
• Administrative or medical office experience preferred.
• Transcription experience required where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, stock, and clean exam rooms.
• Room patients, obtain medical history and prep for exam.
• Maintain efficient, organized clinical flow.
• Document patient data into EMR.
• Assist with injections, dressings, and cast/removal under supervision.
• Enter medical orders into CPOE under provider supervision.
• Assist in procedure rooms with injections and minor procedures.
• Coordinate patient appointments, referrals, and tests.
