Revo Health seeks a Clinical Care Coordinator to support patients and providers through clinical and administrative duties across multi-site locations. Responsibilities include rooming patients, obtaining histories, document management in EMR, and assisting with injections under provider direction.

The role requires familiarity with medical terminology, patient communication, and coordination of referrals and orders, aligning with HIPAA compliance and high-quality care delivery.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CMA, AT-C, or CNA certification preferred or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, stock, and clean exam rooms.
• Screen and schedule patient appointments and tests.
• Assist with documentation in the EMR.
• Support providers in procedures and injections.
• Coordinate and transmit patient records and referrals.
• Maintain timely communication with patients and staff.
