Job summary

i-Health is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator to support patient care and administrative tasks across multiple clinics in Minnesota. The role involves rooming patients, obtaining histories, and maintaining clinic flow under provider supervision.

Responsibilities include documenting data in the EHR, preparing specimens and materials, and coordinating referrals and scheduling. A CMA/AT-C/CNA certification or equivalent experience is preferred and a focus on patient service is essential.

Qualifications

• Transcription experience is required or preferred.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, stock, and clean exam room.
• Room patients and obtain medical history for exams.
• Maintain an efficient clinical flow.
• Assist with documentation of patient data in the EHR.
• Prep for injections and dressings; handle casts/splints under provider direction.
