Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient scheduling via phone, app messages, and email.
• Serve as liaison among patient/family, provider, and care team.
• Support authorization processes and care messaging.
• Cross-cover with O&P staff and act as a resource.
• Assist with rooming patients and device delivery; manage clinic flow.
• Maintain stocked rooms and inventory; transport materials as needed.
• Backup for lab technicians when needed.
