Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS from the American Heart Association must be completed within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to patients and families and coordinate with care providers.
• Act as liaison between O&P services and other clinical divisions.
• Schedule patient appointments via phone, app messages, and email; inform care teams of updates.
• Monitor Epic messages and route appropriately, using critical thinking to support patient goals.
• Assist with rooming patients and device delivery; support lab staff as needed.
• Maintain stocked rooms and communicate inventory needs to prevent shortages.
