Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials, a global midsize CRO, seeks an Operations Manager to oversee rater qualification, training content, scale acquisition and documentation management for CAT projects. You will ensure SOP/ICH-GCP compliance and timely delivery under the Operations Director.

The role requires strong organizational, planning and leadership skills, plus experience in clinical trials and team management. Domestic and international travel are involved.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rater qualification documents and report results.
• Develop training portals and ensure readiness.
• Coordinate Investigator meetings logistics.
• Oversee editing and formatting of training presentations.
• Manage scale licenses, translations, and approvals.
• Maintain data surveillance and reporting.
• Provide CAT data for Final Study Report.
• Archive CAT study documents.
• Consult on training and surveillance plans.
• Perform other CAT duties as needed.
• Present at sponsor kick-off meetings.
• Collaborate to align budget with study needs.
• Supervise Operations staff.
