Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials, a global mid-size CRO, seeks an Operations Manager based in the United States to oversee rater-related operations, training content, scale acquisition, surveillance, and documentation for CAT projects. The role requires a Life Science Bachelor’s degree, 2–4 years in clinical trials, and at least two years of leadership experience, with strong planning, writing, and MS Office skills.

Domestic/international travel is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Science preferred.
Two to four years of experience working in clinical trials.
At least two years of experience managing a team or leading a team.
Knowledge of SOPs, ICH/GCP, and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

Coordinate completeness of rater experience qualification documents and communicate results to Sponsor and study team.
Develop study-specific rater training portals and ensure readiness based on timelines.
Coordinate Investigators’ Meetings logistics and CAT materials.
Oversee editing and formatting of didactic training presentations.
Oversee data surveillance methodology and reporting to study team and Sponsor.
Oversee archiving of all CAT study documents.
