Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee rater selection, training content, scale acquisition, surveillance, and document management for CAT studies. You will ensure timely, compliant delivery across SOPs and ICH/GCP while coordinating with the Operations Director and sponsor teams.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail oriented with strong planning and communication skills.
• Experience in managing teams and coordinating cross‑functional activities in clinical trials.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (ICH/GCP) and SOPs.
• Proven ability to manage timelines and budgets in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate completeness of rater experience qualification documents and communicate results to Sponsor and study team.
• Develop study-specific rater training portals and ensure readiness based on study timelines.
• Manage logistics of Investigators’ Meetings and CAT materials; may attend such meetings.
• Oversee editing and formatting of didactic training presentations.
• Oversee scale licenses, translations, regulatory authorizations and sponsor approvals.
• Provide CAT data to ensure comprehensiveness of the Final Study Report.
• Oversee archiving of all CAT study documents.
• Consult on rater training and data surveillance plans to meet Sponsor and protocol specs.
• May present at Sponsor Kick-Off Meetings regarding CAT operations work
• Manage study budgetary demands with the Operations Director and Worldwide study team
• Supervise Operations staff as assigned.
