Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks an Operations Manager to oversee rater selection, certification, training content, scale acquisition, surveillance, and workbook management across CAT initiatives. You will ensure SOP/ICH-GCP compliance, timely project delivery, and budget alignment while coordinating with the Operations Director and study teams.

The role requires extensive planning, team leadership, and strong data skills, with travel both domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science preferred.
• Two to four years of experience working in clinical trials.
• At least two years of experience managing a team.
• Knowledge of SOPs, ICH/GCP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Competency with data and numbers.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate completeness of rater experience qualification documents.
• Develop study-specific rater training portals and timelines.
• Coordinate Investigators’ Meetings and CAT materials.
• Oversee editing and formatting of didactic training presentations.
• Manage scale licenses, translations, and regulatory authorizations.
• Maintain data surveillance and generate study reports.
• Contribute to Final Study Report and document archiving.
• Advise on training and surveillance plans to meet protocol specs.
• Present at Sponsor Kick-Off meetings on CAT operations.
