Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee rater selection, training content, scale acquisition, surveillance, and document management for CAT programs. You’ll ensure SOP/ICH-GCP compliance, timely delivery, and budget alignment under the Operations Director.

Requirements include a Life Science degree, 2–4 years in clinical trials, leadership experience, strong organization, and excellent English communication. Domestic/international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science preferred.
• Two to four years of experience working in clinical trials.
• At least two years of experience managing team members or leading a team.
• Demonstrable knowledge of SOPs, ICH/GCP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Fluency in English.
• Role requires domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate completeness of rater experience qualification documents and communicate results to Sponsor and study team.
• Develop study-specific rater training web portals and ensure readiness based on study timelines.
• Coordinate Investigators’ Meetings logistics and CAT materials; may attend meetings.
• Organize timely editing and formatting of didactic training presentations.
• Oversee scale and study workbook management and regulatory approvals.
• Oversee data surveillance and reporting to study team and Sponsor.
• Provide CAT data for Final Study Report.
• Oversee archiving of CAT study documents.
• Advise on training and data surveillance plans.
• May develop and present at Sponsor Kick-Off Meetings regarding CAT operations work.
• Assist with study budget discussions with the study team.
• Manage Operations staff as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
