Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee rater selection, training content, scale acquisition, and surveillance for CAT. You will ensure compliance with SOPs, ICH/GCP, and regulatory guidelines while coordinating with the Operations Director and global study teams.

The role requires capable leadership of operations staff, strong project management, and excellent communication across domestic and international meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Life Science or related field.
• Two to four years of experience in clinical trials.
• Experience managing a team or leading projects is required.
• Strong knowledge of SOPs, ICH/GCP, and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate completeness of rater experience qualification documents and communicate results to Sponsor and study team.
• Develop study-specific rater training portals and ensure readiness based on timelines.
• Coordinate Investigators’ Meetings logistics and CAT materials; may attend such meetings.
• Oversee editing and formatting of didactic training presentations.
• Oversee data surveillance methodology and reporting to study team and Sponsor.
• Manage archiving of all CAT study documents.
• Provide CAT data for Final Study Report.
• Consult on rater training and data surveillance plans to meet Sponsor and protocol specs.
