Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee rater selection, certification, and training content for CAT projects. You will manage scale licenses, regulatory authorizations, and data surveillance processes to ensure timely, compliant study delivery.

The role requires leading a team, coordinating meetings, and maintaining documentation in line with SOPs and ICH/GCP standards. Domestic and international travel may be required to engage stakeholders across time zones.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate completeness of rater experience qualification documents and communicate results to Sponsor and study team.
• Develop study-specific rater training portals and ensure readiness based on timelines.
• Coordinate Investigators’ Meetings logistics and CAT materials, may attend meetings.
• Oversee editing and formatting of didactic training presentations.
• Manage scale licenses, translations, regulatory authorizations, and sponsor approvals.
