Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee rater selection, certification, training content, scale acquisition, and document management across CAT operations. You will ensure studies comply with SOPs, ICH/GCP, and regulatory guidelines, reporting to the Operations Director, CAT.

The role requires strong project management, team leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration with internal and Sponsor teams. Domestic and international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience working in clinical trials.
• At least two years of experience managing team members or leading a team.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate completeness of rater experience qualification documents and communicate results to Sponsor and study team.
• Develop study-specific rater training portals and ensure readiness based on study timelines.
• Coordinate Investigators’ Meetings logistics and CAT materials; may attend meetings.
• Oversee editing/formatting of didactic training presentations.
• Oversee scale licenses, translations, regulatory authorizations, and Sponsor approvals.
• Oversee data surveillance methodology maintenance and reporting to study team and Sponsor.
• Provide CAT data for final study report and archiving of CAT documents.
• Consult on training and data surveillance plans to reflect Sponsor and protocol specifications.
