Job summary

Qualifications

Requires an Associate's Degree in Health Informatics, Education, Nursing, or related field with at least 3 year(s) of experience in clinical training, informatics, or healthcare IT.
Knowledge of data structures and the use of information system applications in multi-specialty ambulatory settings and higher education.

Responsibilities

Designs education programs tailored to clinical and non-clinical audiences.
Creates training materials including manuals, e-learning modules, and quick reference guides.
Aligns content with clinical workflows and application functionality.
Updates materials based on system changes and user feedback.
Ensures training supports standardization and optimization goals.
Facilitates classroom, virtual, and in-practice training sessions.
Provides onboarding training for new hires across departments and roles.
Guides users through role-specific workflows and procedures.
Monitors user progress and proficiency.
Manages training requests, access issues, and user questions.
