Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of related clinical experience in an acute or ambulatory setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Must demonstrate customer service skills.
• Independent problem-solving and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth understanding of Epic functionality and workflows.
• Experience with voice-assisted documentation tools and data-driven tools.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (one-to-one and group).
• Demonstrated experience delivering application training for staff including physicians.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, CS or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Three years of Epic training and support.
• Understanding of AI in healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHR and clinical use applications support on-site across multiple facilities.
• Deliver training and assist providers with EHR workflows to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Offer on-the-spot support and training tools linked to the EHR to enhance proficiency.
• Collaborate with health system staff to establish effective working relationships and resolve issues.
