Job summary

Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute is seeking an Admixture Tech II to support sterile and non-sterile medication preparation and dispensing across multiple clinic locations. The role requires accurate dose calculations, rigorous aseptic technique, and strong collaboration with pharmacy, nursing and procurement teams.

Candidates should have a pharmacy technician certification and at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy technician certification or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year experience as pharmacy/admixture technician preferred.
• Proficiency with sterile/non-sterile compounding and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review orders, verify medications and calculations.
• Prepare sterile and non-sterile admixtures accurately.
• Ensure proper donning/doffing of garb and aseptic technique.
• Maintain records and logs for QA, inventory and compliance.
• Coordinate with Physicians, Nursing, Pharmacy Ops and Procurement.
• Travel as needed for clinic coverage (75–100% if floats).
