Job summary

HDmedical in Boston seeks a Clinical Account Executive to expand hospital sales of ICU safety and mobility technologies, including Exersides Refraint and DelTrain VR. You will lead hands-on education, demonstrations, and evaluations, building a long-term hospital pipeline.

Proficiency with HubSpot and CRM platforms is required; prior medical device sales and ICU experience strongly preferred. Hybrid/remote options available.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with acute or critical care bedside experience.
• Strong presentation and education delivery skills.
• Experience building hospital sales pipelines and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Build and convert a hospital sales pipeline through outbound calls, email, persistent follow-up, referrals, and LinkedIn social selling.
• Use HubSpot daily to manage leads, outreach, opportunities, next steps, and forecasts.
• Build relationships with clinical champions and purchasing stakeholders; advance demonstrations, evaluations, Value Analysis Committee reviews, and purchase decisions.
• Lead Refraint demonstrations and hands-on ICU and rehabilitation training after completing HDmedical product education and trainer competency requirements.
