Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking a Portfolio Sales Specialist to build and maintain relationships with key decision makers, expanding accounts and driving profitability. You will sell ICU Medical products, extend relationships to new accounts, and provide limited post-sales implementation support.

The role is field-based with remote work options and travel, requiring strong clinical knowledge, presentation skills and the ability to communicate with hospital clinicians and supply chain contacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with proven quota attainment.
• Active credentialing requirements including COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Meet territory sales quota for ICU Medical products.
• Master presentation skills and clinical product knowledge to clinicians.
• Position ICU products against competing offerings clinically.
• Be the clinical expert/consultative problem solver at field level.
• Know territory, customers, contracts, pumps and distribution models.
• Conduct product trials and implement ICU products.
• Engage with local chapters to understand market and clinicians.
• Coordinate with managers to align sales with targets.
• Occasional weekend/night work as needed.
