Job summary

Tempus is seeking a Clinical Account Associate to support the CAE, collaborate with sales teams, and identify opportunities with existing customers for Tempus tests and add-ons.

You will drive adoption of the Tempus Hub and EMR integrations, develop oncology partnerships, and help achieve territory goals. A biology-related degree and strong customer service are required; residence in St. Louis, MO is required. Salary range is $55,000–$70,000 annually with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Clinical Account Executive (CAE) on plans for gaining and retaining new and existing clients.
• Collaborate and coordinate with all sales positions to ensure attainment of company goals.
• Identify opportunities with existing customers on the use of Tempus tests and add-ons.
• Collaborate with Clinical Account Executives on upsell opportunities for various products.
• Drive customer adoption of online ordering through the Tempus Hub and EMR integrations.
• Identify and develop partnering opportunities between prospective oncology clients and Tempus.
• Promote and drive compliance with new web-based molecular information tools for all clients.
• Analyze competitive landscape within assigned accounts and provide feedback to Tempus leadership.
