Job summary

Oxford Global Resources is seeking a Workforce Scheduler to manage scheduling of Providers and clinic staff to maintain 100% market coverage across our retail health clinics. You will analyze scheduling and staffing reports, work with a supervisor and market leadership, and provide limited weekend coverage with flexible hours across time zones.

Strong communication and attention to detail are essential, along with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint to track and report staffing

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Organizational and interpersonal skills extremely important.
• Detail-oriented, self-starter, team player and ability to handle numerous details and projects simultaneously.
• Computer experience in word processing and spreadsheet applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Sound and reasonable decision making judgment skills required.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Providers and ancillary staff to ensure clinic coverage.
• Analyze market-level scheduling and staffing reports.
