Job summary

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates organizational skills in managing participant appointments/tests/procedures and ensures a smooth process.
• Demonstrates strong customer service skills and appropriate judgement for phone and in-person interactions; answers calls promptly and relays messages.
• Effectively schedules participants for specialist and routine appointments with multiple providers and departments across three sites; coordinates within nursing, transportation and therapy.
• Ensures medical records are retrieved from outside providers and forwarded to medical records for scanning.
