Comprehensive Psychiatry Group, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks Clinic Supervisors to join the leadership team and provide clinical and administrative support across clinics. You will supervise clinicians, conduct therapy, ensure documentation, and contribute to quality and compliance efforts.

The role involves in-person services with hybrid options, collaboration with the Clinic Director, and participation in hiring, onboarding, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health field required.
• Independent clinical licensure, including ability to supervise according to state regulations if providing licensure supervision.
• Knowledge of state/federal rules and regulations.
• Strong computer abilities and proficiency with electronic medical records.
• Strong commitment to professional Code of Ethics.
• Understanding of privacy and HIPAA requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team, especially in stressful situations.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, group and/or family therapy to clients.
• Provide administrative clinical support to clinics to support overall operations. The typical range of approved administrative BUs is 10-15 per week.
• Must be able to provide services in person within a clinic site and/or a hybrid model of in-person and work from home days as determined by business needs of clinic and clinical needs of clients.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of clinical documentation including treatment plans, notes, discharge plans etc. Sign/approve documentation for clinicians as required.
• Provide individual and group supervision to clinic staff; supervision may be live or via video conference across multiple sites and must be documented.
• Review clinical documentation of supervisees and clinicians, including evaluation of treatment plans and notes.
• Assess clinicians across core competency areas; perform audits and provide feedback.
• Participate in special projects as assigned; conduct quality audits and review data for improvements.
• Identify and monitor areas for performance improvement and report concerns regarding compliance or ethics to the Clinic Director.
• Assist with intake, referrals, transfers, and waitlist management, including crisis/triage services as needed.
• Assist with daily site management, as a backup to CD or AD as needed.
• Participate in development and implementation of policies and procedures and in management of clinical staff training and development.
• Collaborate with community agencies as needed with Clinic Director.
