Northeast Health Services, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks Clinic Supervisors to provide therapy services and lead clinical operations across multiple sites. The role supports administrative clinical duties, staff supervision, and quality documentation in a flexible in-person or hybrid setup.

Candidates should hold a master’s degree in a mental health field, be independently licensed, and comply with HIPAA and ethical standards while collaborating with a network of clinics.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in mental health field such as social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy and/or psychology.
• Independent clinical licensure and ability to supervise according to state regulations.
• Knowledge of state/federal rules and HIPAA requirements.
• Strong computer abilities and proficiency with electronic medical records.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team especially in stressful situations.

Aufgaben

• Provide individual, group and/or family therapy to clients.
• Provide administrative clinical support to clinics to support operations; 10–15 BUs per week typical.
• Deliver services in person or in a hybrid model as required by clinics and clients.
• Supervise clinic staff as appropriate, live or via video conference, with proper documentation.
• Review supervisees' and clinicians' documentation, including treatment plans and discharge notes.
• Assist with intake, referrals, transfers, and waitlist management, including crisis/triage as needed.
