Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations.
• Provide ongoing feedback and performance reviews for teammates.
• Promote EVP Mission among employees and providers.
• Act as liaison between clinic and physician staff to solve problems.
• Assist Practice Leader to drive patient volume within the approved monthly budget.
• Assist Practice Leader to develop and implement plans for processes and personnel to improve patient experience and productivity.
• Provide communication to achieve high employee engagement and alignment.
• Mitigate HR conflicts with guidance from leadership and People & Culture.
• Implement and monitor policies to ensure HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulations compliance.
• Monitor schedules, wait times, and operational activities; implement improvements.
