Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years ophthalmology experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Current COA certification is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Independent work and initiative accepted.

Responsibilities

• Aids with patient flow and clinical tasks as needed.
• Oversees clinic staff scheduling and workflow.
• Maintains inventory and procurement per approved channels.
• Ensures compliance with state/federal regulations and iJCAHPO standards.
• Educates patients about conditions and procedures.
• Coaches team and supports professional development.
