Qualifications

• Ability to work with diverse populations and ages.
• Dependable, punctual with solid organization and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Follow patient registration SOPs for face-to-face check-in and check-out.
• Preregistration, insurance verification, and cash collections.
• Chart reconciliation and patient discharge processing.
• Serve as a resource for Clinic Service Representatives and assist with new hire training.
• Discuss patients' financial responsibilities and connect with Customer Service Center.
• Support fast-paced environment for patients and clinic staff.
