• Manage Patient Flow: help keep the clinic running smoothly by managing patient scheduling and check-ins.
• Accurate Record Keeping: ensure patient demographics and financial information are entered correctly in our system.
• Communication Pro: answer calls, respond to requests, and clearly explain health benefits and financial obligations.
