• Serve as a contact for patients’ families and providers regarding scheduling.
• Respond to calls, texts, and faxes to maintain clear communication.
• Support care coordination with schools, providers, and insurance per clinicians’ schedule.
• Ensure documentation is secured before appointments (IEP, MD orders).
• Proficient with EMR to support clinic operations and patient care.
• Assist with staffing and slot utilization as directed.
