Job summary

Children’s Wisconsin is seeking a capable professional to provide front-line support at the Child Advocacy Center, acting as receptionist and resource for the clinic.

You will collaborate with the CAC team and MDT to schedule urgent and routine appointments, enter patient data, and assist with patient care under RN supervision, including trauma-informed child life support to help children feel safe.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with diverse families preferred.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient confidentiality.
• Triage and schedule appointments with MDT.
• Enter patient data and manage registrations.
• Support clinical team during evaluations with child life activities.
• Assist in waiting room to ensure safety and comfort.
• Coordinate clinic flow and manage insurance inquiries.
