Children's Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Therapy Coordinator to optimize scheduling processes and patient access across outpatient, inpatient, and multidisciplinary clinics. You will coordinate complex scheduling, act as the primary contact for families and providers, and support care coordination and documentation in the EMR.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of clinic scheduling experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced

Formación

• High School graduate or GED/HSED required.
• 1+ years clinic scheduling experience required.
• Typing speed of at least 5500 KSPH preferred for forms and data entry.
• Strong interpersonal skills for communication with physicians, patients, families and staff.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and prioritizing abilities for a fast-paced clinic.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as point person for clinic scheduling and liaison to Central Scheduling.
• Be the first contact for patients’ families, providers and community resources about scheduling.
• Coordinate care scheduling with schools, providers and insurers to maximize access and efficiency.
• Handle complex scheduling, including multidisciplinary clinics and multiple providers in one day.
• Maintain provider schedules, document staff and scheduling changes, and assist with staffing planning.
