Mass General Brigham's Northampton Family Medicine site seeks a full‑time Clinic/Practice Assistant to support onsite operations with a 40‑hour week (Mon–Fri, 7:30am–6:00pm; Tuesdays off). The role combines administrative tasks with basic clinical support to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate record management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Medical Administrative Assistant preferred.
• Office experience 2–3 years required.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine administrative and clerical duties relating to a clinical service or physician practice office.
• Make patient appointments and maintain appointment records.
• Greet and assist patients; answer phones and schedule inquiries.
• Process patient billing forms and scan documents to medical records.
• Open and distribute mail or faxes; manage forms and schedules.
