Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is recruiting a Sales Manager in Vancouver, WA. Lead a small team to close qualified leads, drive clinic revenue, and coach others to sales success.

There is no cold calling; a steady flow of qualified leads and strong marketing support help you focus on closing, building trust, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Base salary plus uncapped commissions fuels growth and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a consultative sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding established sales goals.
• Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Strategic thinking and ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations.
• Ability to mentor and manage a team of two to five employees to peak performance.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable using various computer systems and software.
• High school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute established sales processes to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage all aspects of the sales cycle — consulting, closing, and retention.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Deliver engaging consultations to convert leads to clients, educating on laser hair removal.
• Promote treatment packages through persuasive sales techniques and value propositions.
• Seek client reviews and referrals; utilize financing options for sales excellence.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve goals and foster a positive environment.
• Deliver world-class customer service and assist with client questions about treatments.
