Qualifications

• 2+ years in a consultative sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading teams.
• Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Strategic thinking to anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations.
• Ability to mentor and manage a team of 2–5 employees to peak performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable using various computer systems and software.
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute established sales processes to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage all aspects of the sales cycle - consulting, closing, and customer retention.
