Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a consultative sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading top-performing teams.
• Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Strategic thinking with ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations.
• Able to mentor and manage a team of two to five employees to peak performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable using various computer systems and software; High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
