Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and understand English and communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and colleagues.
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality when dealing with patient information.
• Displays honesty, integrity and caring aligned with Trinity Health values.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front desk responsibilities to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Check-in patients and complete steps in admitting process.
• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
• Schedule appointments according to office guidelines.
• Obtain accurate patient and insurance information, collect copays and deductibles.
• Copy/scan patient-related materials into the EHR.
