Qualificações

• At least 1 year of experience in a physician practice or clinical setting.
• Collegiate or medical trade completion; Associates Degree preferred.
• Current knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsabilidades

• Verify insurance and communicate with carriers for reimbursement.
• Make appointments and appointment reminder calls.
• Enter charges and perform billing-related tasks.
• Handle patient payments and financial counseling as needed.
• Maintain office workflow and confidentiality.
• Answer phones and direct messages; follow policies.
